Psychotherapy

I offer individual, couple, and family therapy for adults, teens, and children

Education Consultation

​

 NYS Licensed School Social Worker; NYS Licensed School Leader; Adjunct Lecturer at St. Joseph's University; ABD for Doctorate in Education Administration.

I will support parents and caregivers in understanding difficulties their child is experiencing in school, explore strategies and resources for support, and be your child's best education advocate.

Wellness Coaching

Serein Wellness is focused on bringing clients to a place of mental wellbeing, and also on responding to emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness.  I will help you define what self-care looks like for you, how to integrate self-care into practices of daily living, and  how to use these practices to attain holistic wellbeing.

Initial Consultation

​

I offer a 15 minute phone consultation to discuss your needs, expectations , and any questions you may have about beginning therapy.

FEES

​

Individual ~ $150 per 50 minute session

Couples ~ $175 per 50 minute session

Family ~ 175 per 50 minute session

Education Consultation $100 - $150 per 60 minute session

Ask about Income-based sliding scale fee for uninsured

INSURANCE

​

I am in network with Cigna, UHC, Oxford, 1199, Optum, Aetna, Magnacare, Metro Plus and EAP Programs

​

I can provide for out-of-network reimbursement through your insurance

PAYMENT

 

Payment is expected at the time of service. I accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.

CANCELLATION POLICY

​

I request a 48-hour advance notice of cancellation otherwise please note that you will be billed for the full cost of your scheduled appointment.
